Dr. Manoharlal B. Matlani, born on 20 May 1959 in Larkana, Sind [Pakistan], is a distinguished academic with qualifications up to Ph.D. He serves as Head of the Department of Sindhi at the University of Mumbai and holds several important academic positions, including Chairman of the Board of Studies in Sindhi.
