Dr. Dayal ‘Asha’, born on 16 December 1936 in Khairpur Mirs, Sind (Pakistan), is a distinguished educationist and cultural personality. He holds M.A., Ph.D., and D.Litt. degrees and retired as Principal of Chandibai Mansukhani College, Ulhasnagar. He resides at Swami Shanti Prakash Niwas, Ulhasnagar.

A versatile figure, Dr. Dayal Asha is a poet and singer, often performing at religious and cultural gatherings. Deeply involved in social, cultural, and religious activities—particularly at Swami Shanti Prakash Ashram—he has dedicated most of his life to education and has earned widespread respect for his contributions both as an academic leader and as a cultural icon.
